AASL is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Civil Engineer Grade I on a contract basis at Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka).
Job Scope and Responsibilities
- Oversee contract administration and supervise infrastructure development projects at airports.
- Manage construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Supervise construction works for compliance with specifications and quality.
- Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and mockups submitted by contractors.
- Monitor resource allocation and prepare progress reports.
- Evaluate contractor claims and certify payments.
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents and reports.
Qualifications
- A full-time B.Sc. Degree in Engineering from a UGC-recognized university.
- Membership as a Member (M) of the Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL).
- Registration as a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Engineering Council Sri Lanka (ECSL).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
