Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited (AASL) is a government-owned company managing and developing international airports in Sri Lanka.
They are hiring Trainee Air Traffic Controllers, a critical role ensuring the safety and efficiency of air travel.
Position: Trainee Air Traffic Controller
Job Scope: Provide air traffic services for aircraft operations within Sri Lankan airspace.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure safe and efficient aircraft movement in the air and on the ground.
Qualifications:
Must be a Sri Lankan citizen.
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) from a recognized university.
“B” or higher pass in English at GCE (O/L), Pearson/Cambridge O/L, IELTS Level 6.5+, ELPC Level 4+, or equivalent.
Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is an added advantage.
Fluent in English.
Must be under 30 years of age by the application closing date.
Other Requirements:
One-year training program (cost recovery basis).
Agreement/Bond to serve the company for a specified period after training.
Must be willing to work at any airport in Sri Lanka.

Aptitude Test, Voice Test, English Written Test, Interview, and Medical Examination.
